The web designer should be a creative thinker. He/She must conceptualize his/her ideas well and help design creative artwork that enhances user experience and engagement. Continuous passion towards interactive design will be much appreciated. The designer will have the ability to create web applications and components from the requirements stage, through design, through production deployment. Digital Marketing Manager – Min 5+ (1)

CogzentAppz is looking for a growth hacker to take over responsibilities in developing and executing strategic marketing programs to meet growth objectives, develop market awareness and communicate client results. The analyst works with the Digital Marketer and other business segment executives, product management and sales leadership in supporting sales tools to attract, win and retain clients.
Essentially, this profile touches all aspects of marketing and business development, thus evolving into being a successful growth-in- charge for the organization.
He/she partners with all functions within marketing as well as key external departments to drive successful, cross-functional marketing and sales initiatives and contributes towards the successful development and maintenance of key performance indicators that lead CogzentAppz to 5x growth in the next 3 years.

Business Development Manager – Min 8+ (1)

CogzentAppz is looking to hire, 8+ Years of proven sales management experience with a reliable company in the Software Services Domain (Mobile, Cloud, Digital & QAT – highly preferred)
Proven experience of delivering sales growth via targeting new verticals, sourcing contacts, developing messaging and delivering structured sales campaigns.
Must have the ability to close Fortune 500’s deals wherein the accounts that could potentially produce over USD 1 Million dollars of revenue in a year for the organization.
Lead a team of BDEs by example across fundamental sales duties like sourcing and targeting accounts, cold calling, email campaigns and presenting services to prospects.
Excellent communication (verbal, written), pipeline management and closing skills.
Manage and improve sales team’s performance by focusing and executing on key daily activities and provide reports to the Chief Sales Officer.
